TUNA IN PISTACHIO CRUST

To prepare the tuna in pistachio crust, get a tuna of fresh tuna, put the cake in a freezer for at least an hour so that it is more convenient to cut, avoiding breaking the fibers. Remove the tuna from the freezer and cut it into the sliced-length direction about 2-3 centimeters thick. Put the slices of tuna in a frying pan and sprinkle them with olive oil. In the meantime, wipe the dried tomatoes with a cloth cloth to remove the excess oil and finely chop it with a knife. Place the chopped pistachios in a bowl, add chopped tomatoes, poppy seeds and breadcrumbs. Mix to mix the ingredients well and salt the pan to taste. Take the tuna slices and put them in the pan, pressing well on all sides. Place a couple of spoons of extra-virgin olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and once the required heat is reached (Oil should sizzle), combine the sliced ​​tuna pan and cook for 1 minute on each side, rolling it one time. Do not keep the cooking so that the tuna remains rosy inside, the tuna must not become white otherwise the meat will be harder. Remove the tuna in pistachio crust from the frying pan and cut it into slices of a thickness of 2 centimeters, then put them on a serving dish and serve immediately.
