Ingredients:
- 5 Cauliflower
- 5 Champignon mushrooms
- 5 Dried tomatoes
- Mixed seeds
- Salt to taste (Optional)
Ingredients for almond cheese:
- Raw peeled almonds (200 grams)
- 3 Spoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon of nigella damascena seeds
- 1 Pinch of salt
Ingredients to decorate:
- Dried flowers
- Pink pepper
Process
Prepare the balls by blending all the ingredients until you get a malleable dough. Place into the dough and place in the dryer at 42°C for 8/10 hours. Prepare the cheese by whipping all the ingredients (Except the seeds) until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Add the nigella damascena seeds, pour the mixture into a mold and leave to rest in the fridge for a few hours. Serve it, overturning the almond cheese and sprinkle it with dried flowers and pink pepper.
